Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in a complex procurement environment.
• At least 5 years’ experience leading procurement activities.
• Experience in procurement of PPP / DBFOM contracts.

Responsibilities

• Management of procurement documents for contract pre‑qualification.
• Co-ordination of the tender dialogue during tender phase.
• Support in the management of the PQQ and ITT evaluation process.
