Job summary

KKR is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join its KKR Credit division in Dublin. The role supports a broad range of private credit and open-ended fund structures across accounting, reporting, fund operations and strategic finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong technical fund knowledge, and a passion for knowledge and growth within a dynamic firm. Collaboration with multiple teams and rigorous controls are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in audit, fund accounting or asset management, incl. private credit/open-ended funds.
  • Experience overseeing third-party fund administrators, NAV packages and fee calculations.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance required; professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the org.
  • Advanced Excel; proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Investran and/or Geneva is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and resourceful problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fund accounting and operational activities across private credit and evergreen platforms.
  • Handle partnership accounting, allocations, management fee calculations, and investor-level accounting.
  • Prepare and review fund financial reporting, including statements and investor capital accounts.
  • Oversee third-party fund administrators' NAV packages and reconciliations.
  • Support fund operations: capital calls/distributions, financing activity, liquidity management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, tax and portfolio mgmt on ad hoc requests.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and finance/operational initiatives.
  • Support process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
