Job summary

Elevate Partners in Dublin seeks a Fund Controller to join its private equity operations, reporting to the Finance Director and overseeing fund administration, reporting, and governance. The role manages external service provider relationships and ensures timely, accurate investor communications.

With 4+ years post-qualification experience and ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials, you will lead investor reporting, capital calls, regulatory filings, and liaison with auditors while partnering with Investor

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ post-qualified experience in accounting or finance.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Experience in private equity, fund administration, or investment fund audits is advantageous.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual investor reporting in line with accounting standards and fund documents.
• Oversee the calculation and issuance of capital calls and distribution notices per LLP agreements.
• Act as primary contact for investor reporting queries and notices.
• Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, including fund-related regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and Deal Teams to deliver high-quality investor reporting.
• Proactively manage relationships with fund administrators and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee coordination with external auditors.
• Maintain governance standards in line with firm policies and best practice.
