Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, or in a comparable language such as Java, Scala, or Go.
• Experience with production REST/gRPC APIs, SDKs, and distributed microservices.
• Experience operating large-scale distributed data processing at enterprise volume with Spark.
• Hands-on experience deploying on AWS and building cloud-native systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate services, pipelines, and interfaces for anonymization capabilities across the AI platform.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and external partners on differential privacy and privacy analysis.
• Productionize privacy techniques (differential privacy, k-anonymity, l-diversity, t-closeness) and develop testing harnesses.
• Maintain ML systems in production: GPU provisioning, quantisation, throughput, and cost management.
• Drive engineering best practices: tests, CI/CD, design reviews, and mentoring.
• Produce architectural documentation and API specifications for cross-team use.
