Job summary

EFOR is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the planning and delivery of complex projects. You will develop, maintain, and monitor schedules using Oracle Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

With a minimum of 5 years in project planning, you will work with project managers, engineers, and teams to gather scope, timelines, and dependencies, while conducting critical path analyses and providing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project planning or scheduling.
• Proven expertise in using Oracle Primavera P6 is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling techniques, and CPM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Work with project managers, engineers, and team members to gather scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and distribute look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Conduct critical path, resource, and risk analyses within Primavera P6.
• Support preparation of baseline schedules and regular updates with revisions tracked.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-related insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and transparency.
