Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join the Data Center Team in Ireland. The role centers on preconstruction, tender development, and initial project set‑up, with oversight of bid technicals, methodology, and planning.

After tenders, you will lead the preconstruction phase ensuring quality, safety and procurement aligned with client expectations. You will coordinate with the bid team, manage subcontractors, and travel occasionally to European projects for site visits

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 and JCT Design & Build forms of contract.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across preconstruction and site setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of project programmes, method statements, and contract submissions.
• Instruct QS on major preliminary expenditure and coordinate with Estimating during tender stage.
• Oversee site mobilisation functions including Project Execution Planning (PEP) and HSEQS compliance.
• Coordinate design delivery and maintain information flows, document control, and CVR reporting.
• Lead subcontractor selection and performance monitoring to meet milestones.
