Job summary

M&M Contractors (Europe) Ltd in Ireland seeks a Pre-construction Major Projects Manager to lead early client engagement, feasibility, tender strategy and handover into delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to produce buildable, commercially robust proposals for major infrastructure schemes.

The role requires significant front-end experience, strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND, professional qualification or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Significant pre-construction, bid, tender or front-end project development experience within major infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of feasibility, scope development, tender strategy and risk review.
• Experience leading tenders for complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects with interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-construction process from early engagement through tender submission, contract award and handover.
• Develop bid, delivery and commercial strategies aligned to client requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate estimating, design, planning, procurement, commercial, HSEQ and operational input into proposals.
• Lead opportunity reviews, tender launch meetings, risk reviews and lessons learned.
• Review contract conditions and interface obligations to support commercial decision-making.
