Scopely in Dublin is seeking a Director of Product, Features to lead the Features teams for Star Trek Fleet Command on a hybrid basis.

You will own long-view strategic planning, drive KPI goals, collaborate with designers and artists, and guide roadmaps from concept to launch with post-launch optimization. The role requires strong leadership and deep understanding of live game economies, with a track record of monetization success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live game features with KPI ownership.
• Ability to translate strategy into a roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong monetization and live-ops experience in free-to-play games.
• Proven leadership of product managers and senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the Features business performance and KPI-driven decisions.
• Lead end-to-end roadmap for Features with cross-functional partners.
• Formulate strategy and core game loops.
• Oversee feature concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Lead engagement and monetization for major feature releases.
• Monitor product health, identify opportunities/risks, implement features.
• Drive process improvements for feature development.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Manager team.
• Document experiments, retrospectives, and playbooks for learning.
• Analyze data for insights on engagement and monetization.
• Incorporate player feedback and market research into roadmap.
• Manage and develop Product Managers team.
