Job summary

NeuroSpine is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist with a specific interest in spinal pathology and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. The role is based across UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic in Santry and Mater Private Day Hospital at Northern Cross.

Key responsibilities include assessing spinal patients, collaborating with the spinal neurosurgical team, and delivering evidence-based care from routine to complex cases. A CORU-registered physiotherapist with at least two years at senior level is required.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist with CORU.
• Two years minimum senior-physiotherapist experience.
• Interest in spinal pathology and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Commitment to annual CORU registration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide appropriate physiotherapy management for spinal patients.
• Discuss cases with the spinal neurosurgical team and decide management pathways.
• Provide assessment, treatment, management advice and education for acute and chronic cases.
