Who We're Looking For:
A qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
Passion for helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Experience in palliative or community care settings is beneficial.
This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the physiotherapy service, working alongside the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care. Your work will be undertaken both within the patients home and our modern wellbeing hubs that provide a non-clinical backdrop to individualised care.
