Main duties of the job

This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the physiotherapy service, working alongside the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care. Your work will be undertaken both within the patients home and our modern wellbeing hubs that provide a non-clinical backdrop to individualised care. This is an exciting role and we welcome applicants with an enthusiasm to do develop the service and bring new ideas. Due to the nature of the role a flexible, adaptable approach is essential. In return you will be well respected by your colleagues, have a good work life balance and will be supported with your professional development. St Barnabas Hospice has an established AHP service who you will have regular contact and be well supported by.
