We’re looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Gaming Team at Paddy Power part of Flutter UK & Ireland.

The Senior Performance Analyst will be responsible for measuring and interpreting the commercial performance across Paddy Power Gaming.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in offering analytical support to commercial strategy, gathering insights which will influence both the short- and long-term focus.

They will develop and own key stakeholder management and will take responsibility for helping our team grow into a leading performance analytics team.

What You'll be Doing...
  • Identify and measurement of key commercial trends, delivering a consistent narrative in reports, insights and presentations

  • Implementing pro-active investigate analysis to drive recommendations on how we can better deliver against the Paddy Power Strategy across Acquisition, Retention & Generosity.

  • Proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience through collaboration with the wider commercial team

  • Contribute to wider team development by acting as a mentor to other members in the team; aiding both technical and commercial expertise through ownership of the data available to us

  • Build relationships with teams within the wider Flutter Group to understand trends, efficiently find answers to key topics and develop our ways of working
