The role requires 5+ years in payments, strong leadership, and broad knowledge of payment processes, risk, and regulatory compliance. A finance-related degree and fluent English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in payments or financial services.
• Experience leading teams and managing workloads.
• Strong understanding of payment processes and controls.
• Experience with incident management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee end-to-end payments lifecycle with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and enforce control framework and approvals.
