This technical individual-contributor role leads projects and improves processes across manufacturing environments. The position requires a strong packaging, manufacturing, and process development background with a track record of independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years' experience in a similar position.
• Packaging, Manufacturing, Process Development background ideally.
• Experience working independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and improve packaging solutions.
• Define packaging specifications based on requirements and standards.
• Assess packaging performance under environmental and handling conditions.
• Design packaging exteriors for branding and manufacturing compatibility.
• Support GMP documentation and records.
• Lead technical projects from design to implementation with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve packaging processes and performance.
• Provide analyses and recommendations for process improvements.
• Build relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Share knowledge and train less experienced colleagues.
• Coordinate project activities and track progress.
