Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Excellence, Digital and Data (Quality) at the Cruiserath site in Ireland. You will lead Quality OpEx, digital and data initiatives to drive value, build capability, and embed COMPASS, KPIs and visual management across QC, QA and QP functions.

The role requires Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, strong change management experience, and a track record delivering large-scale transformation in bio/pharma operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation.
• A sound understanding of bio/pharma Quality (QC, QA & QP) processes.
• Black-Belt level lean and six sigma qualification (preferred).
• Change & Transformation qualification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Quality Operational Excellence roadmap.
• Lead the Lean Labs and continuous improvement programmes for the site using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Deploy and sustain the COMPASS business system as the standard way of working.
• Embed Tiered Management, KPIs, KBIs and visual management to track progress and drive accountability.
• Build OpEx capability through coaching, training, and facilitation.
