Cpl Group seeks an Operations Manager for a regulated medical devices environment in Limerick. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in ISO 13485 settings.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and a track record of building high-performing teams. You will partner with Quality and Regulatory to maintain audit readiness and support new product introductions.

Competenze

• Significant operations management experience in the medical device or regulated life sciences sector.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems.
• Proven track record in developing operational teams and enhancing performance.
• Skills in change management and navigating organisational transformation.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
