Enable Ireland seeks a Senior Grade Occupational Therapist to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) West Kerry, Tralee. You will deliver assessment and intervention to children and adolescents in clinics, schools and communities, coordinating caseloads and contributing to service delivery targets.

The post requires CORU registration (or eligibility), 3 years post-qualification experience, a driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Qualifikationen

• Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by CORU.
• Have 3 years full-time (or aggregate) post-qualification clinical experience.
• Have the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of duties.
• Provide proof of Statutory Registration on CORU.
• On appointment maintain annual registration on CORU.
• Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to Enable Ireland.
• Have a valid full driving licence and access to own transport.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the state.

Aufgaben

• Plan and organise individual and group caseloads and provide OT services including assessment, diagnosis and needs-based interventions.
• Deliver services across settings including clinic, home, school and community.
• Monitor, record and report performance outcomes and statistics to meet service targets.
• Provide clinical supervision of occupational therapists within the team as required.
• Maintain service user records and statistics per requirements and data protection acts.
