Job summary

Ryanair Labs is recruiting a .NET Developer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group. You will design, develop and maintain high-quality .NET enterprise applications, collaborating with teams across Wroclaw, Lisbon, Madrid and Dublin.

We seek engineers with 6+ years of C#/.NET experience, strong API and cloud microservices background, and a passion for engineering excellence in a fast-paced aviation environment. Hybrid work up to 3 days/week offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of solid C# experience with .NET (Core and Framework).
• Cloud microservices delivery using AWS services (ECS, SNS, SQS, Lambdas). NServiceBus & Entity Framework is advantageous.
• Experience with event-driven and message-based architectures.
• Design end-to-end solutions; robust, scalable, high-throughput apps; rapid prototyping.
• Strong grounding in SOLID principles and coding standards.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful services and unit/automated testing.
• Self-driven problem-solver with analytical skills.
• Experience with AI development tools and LLM integrations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality, testable .NET enterprise applications using Agile development practices.
• Champion engineering excellence and promote software development best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and business stakeholders to define, refine, estimate, and plan new requirements.
• Demonstrate proof-of-concepts and completed work items to product owners and key business stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance our processes, tools, and technical solutions.
• Release software with a DevOps culture through software release management techniques including Continuous Integration & Delivery.
• Learn and work with cutting edge technology and solutions as part of a high performing team within a fast-paced environment.
