Job summary

Takeda seeks an Associate Director, Manufacturing Sciences & Analytical Technology (MSAT) to lead and shape manufacturing science teams at Grange Castle, Ireland. You will guide process science, validation, lab activities, and data science, driving transfers and digital innovation while aligning with global objectives.

You will champion continuous improvement, enable right-first-time transfers, and partner with global teams to advance AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in a scientific discipline, preferably Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
• More than 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple technical teams supporting manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and implementation of advanced modelling and AI tools.
• Lead technical transfers of new products to Grange Castle site.
