Emploive is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to craft high‑impact motion across product explainers, brand assets, website animation, and social creative. You’ll translate briefs and UI frames into clear, engaging stories that emphasize user experience and value.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in motion design with a portfolio.
• Ability to transform briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Deep understanding of timing, easing, transitions, and rhythm.
• Strong brand and UI design sense for functional communication.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative instincts.
• Systems-thinking mindset for reusable motion guidelines.
• Ability to integrate audio and motion thoughtfully.
• Comfort working directly from product UI with design teams.
• Proactive communicator who explains creative reasoning.
• Experience experimenting with AI-powered creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion across explainers, website animations, and campaigns.
• Transform UI frames into polished product demonstrations.
• Develop storyboards to move projects from concept to production.
• Create a distinctive motion design language and patterns.
• Build reusable motion systems and component libraries.
• Explore tools like Jitter and Figma Motion.
• Produce short-form video variations for paid social testing.
