Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end mobile experiences for iOS and Android, shaping how property managers and hosts interact with the platform on the go. You’ll drive the design lifecycle, apply data and user insights, and employ AI-augmented design thinking to accelerate research, prototyping, and validation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing complex digital products with shipped mobile work (iOS/Android).
• Deep expertise in mobile UX/UI craft, IA, interaction design, accessibility and prototyping.
• Fluency using AI tools in design thinking: research synthesis, ideation, prototyping and validation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering to influence direction.
• Experience with building scalable design systems and delivering platform-native experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android from discovery to native UI delivery.
• Drive an AI-augmented design thinking process to accelerate research and validation.
• Turn user and business insights into on-the-go experiences that boost adoption and retention.
• Evolve the design system and raise quality, accessibility, and craft across apps.
• Shape mobile product strategy with data-driven roadmaps and user-centered decisions.
