Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience of applied science or complex software systems, with production impact on telemetry/log or observability data
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; ETL pipelines; feature engineering for time-series/events
• Familiarity with observability ecosystems (ELK/Elastic, Splunk, Azure Monitor, Datadog, Grafana/Loki, OpenTelemetry) and model governance/MLOps standards
• Practical leadership in model governance and MLOps standards

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end modelling strategy and analytic architecture for telemetry/log analytics
• Design models for time-series and event logs including anomaly detection, forecasting, RCA, NLP for logs
• Define batch and real-time streaming analytics architectures with data contracts, schemas, feature stores
• Stay current with ML, time-series, and observability advancements and apply new technologies
• Mentor IP development, research publications and white papers
• Be a thought leader by inspiring innovation and best practices
