Job summary

FIS is recruiting a middle-office professional to support CLO portfolios and work closely with trustees and asset managers. The role focuses on controlling books and records for collateral managers with outsourced middle-office operations, serving as the primary contact for cash flows, reconciliations, settlements, waterfall payments, reporting and compliance testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance or equivalent.
• At least 4 years in financial services managing institutional assets with leadership responsibility.
• Knowledge of CLO/CDOs, syndicated loans or corporate trust securities.
• Experience with cash reconciliations, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, and reporting.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transaction & reporting activity of assigned outsourcing relationships.
• Support client personnel in day-to-day routines and financial processing.
• Resolve complex problems through research and client communications.
• Ensure quality service levels, perform daily servicing activities with timeliness and accuracy.
