Job summary

The MEP Lead at Sisk Group will provide technical leadership for MEP engineering and building services across a defined portfolio of projects. Reporting to the MEP Director, you will drive design, installation, commissioning and handover with a focus on safety, quality and compliance.

You will mentor regional staff, coordinate with structural, architectural and civil teams, and ensure alignment with the group’s strategic objectives while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Chartered or professional membership desirable.
• Significant experience in MEP leadership within construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for MEP engineering and building services.
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure MEP integration with structural, architectural and civil works.
• Review technical documentation for contractual compliance.
