Job summary

Eurofins Biomnis Ireland is recruiting a Senior Medical Scientist/Biomedical Scientist for the AutoLab Department in Blood Sciences. The role requires extensive experience, leadership, and the ability to supervise both basic and senior staff.

Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven team player in a close-knit laboratory team.
Ability to rotate through AutoLab functions and support senior staff.

Responsibilities

Rotate through all AutoLab functions: Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Haematology, Infectious Serology, DOA and Molecular Biology.
Lead and coordinate scientific staff and auxiliary personnel within the department.
Authorise results and ensure accuracy; support ISO 15189 quality management improvements.
