Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years as Project Director/Contracts Manager in Mechanical HVAC
• Experience managing mechanical packages on Life Science or large-scale semiconductor/Data Centre projects
• Knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC and Process systems
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling and budgeting
• Willingness to travel within Europe and hold a full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical contracts from conception to completion
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to meet client specs on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety and quality
• Establish and maintain client, supplier and subcontractor relationships
• Prepare proposals and bids for new projects
• Monitor budgets and forecast expenditures
• Collaborate with Directors and Site Managers to mitigate risks
