Job summary

nbxTalent is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Fitter in the Dublin area for a facilities management client. The role focuses on coordinating and performing hands-on mechanical tasks on site and ensuring timely delivery of works.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of industrial experience, a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Plumbing or Pipefitting, and holds Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates. Union rates and company pension are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial experience, preferably in a cGMP environment.
• Must possess a valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate.
• Proven health & safety awareness with knowledge of quality systems.
• Exposure to Facilities Management or Engineering/Construction environments is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and operate tasks on site and perform hands‑on mechanical work.
• Monitor, inspect and verify operation of plant and equipment.
• Manage and control work orders for the area of responsibility.
