We’re now looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team in Limerick.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design and delivery of energy projects (HVAC, compressed air, steam, refrigeration, heat recovery, cooling).
  • Develop specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
  • Partner with clients to scope projects and present solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative technical team.
  • Drive innovation in energy efficiency and decarbonisation.
What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (7+ years’ experience).
  • Strong knowledge of utilities design – thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer.
  • Experience with industrial utilities (chillers, boilers, AHUs, heat exchangers).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit; energy modelling a plus.
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards it (desirable).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Full clean driving licence + willingness to travel to sites.
