  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams in delivering integrated energy solutions.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Identify new technologies and methods for improving energy efficiency and sustainability in mechanical systems.

Core Competencies:

  • Mechanical System Design
Advanced proficiency in mechanical engineering design, Utilities Design including thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
  • Project Management
Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and reporting.
  • Energy Efficiency Engineering
Deep understanding of energy systems and industrial utility networks, including chillers, boilers, heat exchangers and air handling systems.

  • Client-Focused Communication
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret site data, model energy systems, and generate actionable insights.
  • Leadership & Mentoring
Ability to mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of post-graduate experience in mechanical or energy engineering, preferably in industrial or utilities sectors.
  • Chartered Engineer status or eligibility is desirable.
