Job Description:

Purpose of Role:

Due to continuous expansion, Tritech Group are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery and stakeholder management of a large scale €20M laboratory project in South Dublin. The candidate will report directly to the Construction Director and will be an integral member of the team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project costs and budget plans

Lead multiple project teams to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with key Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects with clients.

Management & Assessment of subcontractor's quality of work

Oversee compliance and current Health & Safety legislation.

Supporting the project Surveyor in the management and control of contract costs and variations with regular reporting of cost projections to the Construction

Director.

Identify and manage programme risks, and early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure high level of accuracy in Planning and Scheduling activities.
  • Develop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating resources as needed.
  • Develop and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timeline requirements.

Role Requirement:

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
  • 10+ years' experience in Construction or similar industry is desirable
  • Must demonstrate previous experience with multiple projects
  • Track-record of delivering projects in timely manner and within budget
  • Proficient use of all MS Office programmes
  • Demonstrate strong working relationships with stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, excellent management / motivational skills
  • Package will be in line with qualifications and experience
