Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Engineer to apply advanced engineering principles across diverse assignments. You will ensure compliance with QMS and FDA regulations while developing new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage projects with significant impact, and mentor junior engineers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, with a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience; master’s preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with structured methodologies (6-Sigma, 8D, RCA).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach less experienced staff.
• Excellent communication across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments in manufacturing and technology.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, FDA regulations, and safety/environmental requirements.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to advance capabilities.
• Plan and lead engineering projects with measurable impact on programs.
• May lead cross-functional teams and build internal relationships.
• Document protocols, reports, and work instructions; review peer work.
