Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• NFQ Level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline or higher.
• Working technical knowledge with understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Broad knowledge of business unit or group functions.
• Experience working in a quality system environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead new or improved products or processes for current and next-generation programmes.
• Analyze and resolve engineering problems ranging from basic to complex.
• Develop specialised engineering expertise and lead initiatives within the company.
• Apply company policies and understand business needs and trends.
• Build internal and external networks and mentor staff.
• Work with customers across functions and advise on capabilities.
• Participate in validation activities and manage related tasks.
