Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cork is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to help scale our liquid-cooled AI solution production. You will lead cross-functional teams and own manufacturing processes, equipment, and layout optimization to deliver safe, reliable operations.

You have 6+ years in manufacturing engineering, a relevant engineering degree, and strong English communication. The role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for continuous improvement across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, or similar.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, equipment engineering or related experience.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English; strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development and delivery of processes, equipment, capacity and layout for Cork manufacturing.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement tools to optimize industrial, manufacturing, productivity and automation areas.
• Drive equipment reliability and preventive maintenance strategies with maintenance teams.
• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to enable scalable manufacturing.
