PwC Ireland is seeking a Workforce Senior Manager in Tax to lead and develop a portfolio of client engagements, spanning strategy to execution, with mentoring for the team.
You will build relationships, win new business, and contribute to product/service offerings while driving digital transformation and cross-border collaboration.

We provide expert advice and solutions to major organisations in areas including Employment tax, Workforce restructuring, Employer risk identification, management and compliance; Revenue interventions and audits; Mergers and acquisitions; Share schemes; and Payroll consulting and optimisation. Our work is tremendously varied and involves supporting organisations in dealing with the strategic challenges associated with their people and in aligning their People strategy with business performance and employment tax compliance. We are a technology‑enabled team focused on leveraging new technology solutions to deliver effective and impactful employment tax services.
As a Workforce Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem‑solvers with extensive consulting experience, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a senior member of the team, your focus will be on further developing the business by inputting into strategy, leveraging your network, enhancing client relationships and growing and supporting the team. You will work across a varied portfolio – including mergers and acquisitions, workforce restructuring projects, tax cost and risk management, and revenue interactions – and you will have the opportunity to develop specialisations within our subject‑matter expert teams.
