BioMarin’s Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin’s cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients.
Senior Manager, Logistics (Inter-site)

The Senior Manager, Logistics (Inter-site) is a member of the EUMEA Regional Logistics team with responsibility for the end-to-end inter-site logistics operation across the BioMarin network. The role is accountable for the compliant and temperature-controlled movement of clinical and commercial drug substance, drug product, and finished goods between BioMarin manufacturing, packaging, distribution and storage locations, ensuring uninterrupted product flow and patient supply. The role acts as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Inter-site Logistics, responsible for defining and maintaining logistics processes, driving standardisation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and implementing scalable solutions across the network.
This role is responsible for supporting the efficient movement and storage of lifesaving therapies in compliance with applicable regulations. Decisions made in this role are of critical nature in mitigating risk for the business while ensuring BioMarin’s commercial products are delivered to patients in a timely and compliant manner.
The candidate should demonstrate the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field; an advanced degree or professional membership an advantage.
