Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Senior Manager, E2E Performance Management, Data & Analytics, to drive global performance frameworks across the supply chain. You will partner with regional and functional leaders to ensure consistent KPI definitions and proactive decision-making.

Based in Limerick, Ireland (with global collaboration). The role requires strong leadership, executive communication, and experience in analytics, governance, and change management across manufacturing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain performance management concepts.
• Ability to design, deploy, and improve performance management frameworks globally.

Responsibilities

• Design and harmonize end-to-end performance management frameworks across supply chain nodes.
• Define metrics definitions, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Lead dashboards, scorecards, and analytics products for visibility and decision-making.
• Coach and develop team members in analytics and governance.
