Reperio Human Capital is seeking an experienced M365 Functional Consultant for an initial 6-month contract in Ireland. The role focuses on SharePoint and Microsoft Purview with some work around Co-Pilot.

You will engage with customers to gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and guide delivery teams through migration and governance tasks, ensuring alignment with client needs and timelines.

• 5+ years of experience in M365 and related cloud services.
• Proven experience with SharePoint migrations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on Purview implementations experience.
