Responsibilities

  • Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to support Inventory and Asset Management (IAM) activities.
  • Provide task-specific guidance to technicians responsible for deliveries and documentation of inbound/outbound packages (e.g., PO receiving, RMS activities).
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as third-party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers to facilitate deliveries.
  • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume or escalation situations.
  • Use process knowledge and technical skills to resolve escalations, clear blocking issues, and support data center activities remotely or on-site.
  • Maintain a focus on stakeholder needs to improve quality and maximize customer investment returns.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper procedures.
  • Act as SME for the RMA warranty process, ensuring proper handling of failed vendor hardware using designated tools and processes.
  • Manage DBD destruction or shredding schedules in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  • Participate in safety briefings, complete safety training, and guide technicians in safety procedures (PPE, heavy equipment, ladders, etc.).
  • Seek opportunities to improve workstreams and promote automation and simplification.
  • Uphold our culture and values.
