Job summary

Citi seeks a Senior Program Analyst to advance the Prime Sequel Platform within Prime Finance. You will deliver end-to-end software solutions for a complex P&L allocation engine in a globally connected team.

Collaborate with project managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will mentor juniors and own critical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java application technologies, including deep experience with TDD, Spring framework, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding and experience with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Innovate & Develop: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable application systems for the Prime Sequel Platform.
• Problem Solve: Analyze complex technical and business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Project Work: Manage SDLC phases from analysis through deployment, providing user support.
