Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an experienced IT Audit & Regulatory Assurance Manager to join our Financial Services team. The role focuses on delivering IT audit and regulatory assurance services to clients across banking, payments, fintech and other regulated institutions.

You will lead complex audits, support regulatory inspections, AML/CTF and PSD2 compliance, manage fieldwork, draft reports, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior auditors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IT audit, internal audit or regulatory assurance within financial services.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and remediation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, PSD2, API security and payments controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT audit and regulatory engagements within the Financial Services sector.
• Lead internal IT audits and regulatory reviews across banks, payment institutions and fintechs.
• Draft clear audit and regulatory reports with findings and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior management and risk committees.
• Coach and develop junior IT auditors.
• Support business development in FS regulatory and IT audit services.
