Job summary

Finvisor Fintech Partners is growing its Internal Audit offering in Ireland and beyond. We seek an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to support fintech clients across Ireland, the UK and internationally.

The role covers AML, compliance, DORA, ICT risk, governance, finance and outsourcing, with direct interaction with senior management and Boards. You will use data analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance audit coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated financial services business and understanding of controls in practice.
• Comfort across AML, compliance, DORA, ICT risk, governance, outsourcing, and operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Internal Audit work across multiple fintech clients.
• Plan and scope Internal Audit reviews and lead fieldwork.
• Test design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Review policies, governance frameworks, and management information.
• Produce reports for senior management, Boards and Audit Committees.
• Agree remediation actions and support annual and multi-year planning.
• Work with large datasets and use analytics including AI-enabled tools.
• Help develop the Finvisor Internal Audit methodology.
