A leading insurance management firm in Dublin seeks a Senior Insurance Manager/Associate Director to lead client service teams and enhance client relationship management. Candidates should possess a relevant professional qualification and at least 8 years of post-qualified experience in a regulated environment. This role allows for flexible working, including virtual options.

Aon’s Captive and Insurance Management team is one of the world’s leading captive and insurance management service providers. Our team provides outsourced management services to over 1,300 insurance entities across 30 offices globally and in Ireland comprises a dedicated team of 60 people providing best-in-class captive outsourced management services, across all functions, to 40 captive insurance and reinsurance companies.
As an Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead, you will lead Aon Captive Management service teams to deliver top quality captive management services to a number of our client captive insurance and reinsurance companies. You will also be a member of our Senior Leadership Team responsible for delivering financial and business results in line with our strategic objectives.
