Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Manager, Incident Response to lead a hybrid/remote team delivering high-quality incident response services across multiple regions. You will oversee complex investigations, digital forensics, and ransomware engagements, while partnering with executives and customers to drive containment, recovery, and strategic improvements.

The role requires 3+ years leading technical teams, strong DFIR expertise, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, people management, or service delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cyber incident investigations and recovery efforts.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, develop, and manage a hybrid/remote team of Incident Response professionals.
• Oversee delivery of Incident Response services ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Lead advanced digital forensic and incident response investigations and provide technical leadership.
• Serve as senior trusted advisor during active cybersecurity incidents and communicate findings to executives.
• Drive strategic planning, process improvements, and performance metrics for the IR program.
• Support business development activities and advocate Arctic Wolf solutions to customers.
