Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, complex transformation programmes spanning multiple disciplines.
- Define strategy and direction for enterprise-wide initiatives, involving business process redesign, technology change, and operating model transformation.
- Integrate best practices in benefits realisation and change management into all project phases.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business functions.
- Present progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership and wider audiences.
- Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement across business transformation activities.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Deep expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, and/or regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Technically proficient, with experience in enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Experience & Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant industry qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Proven track record in transformation, programme delivery, or implementation roles within financial services.
