Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop IC characterization strategies for ATE and bench environments.
• Plan accelerated lifetime testing, skew-lot specs, and temperature tests.
• Document comprehensive silicon characterization plans.
• Design HW to support IC characterization steps.
• Automate lab-based and ATE-based characterization for robust data.
• Track and report progress against milestones.
• Mentor team members and foster collaborative environment.
