Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced IAM lead for a regional role based in Ireland. You will coordinate IAM operations across multiple countries and business areas, driving improvements in governance, access management, PAM and reviews.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in IAM, strong stakeholder management, and experience with Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk and Ping, in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM, information security, or IT risk experience.
• Strong knowledge of governance, RBAC, SoD, PAM and lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise IAM tools: Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping.
• Experience across multiple countries or large organizations.
• Good stakeholder management; regulated sector experience preferred.

Salary: €70-100k + Bonus & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IAM operations across multiple countries and business areas.
• Drive improvements across Identity Governance, access management, PAM and access certification.
• Oversee RBAC, Segregation of Duties and access reviews.
• Identify and remediate access control and security gaps.
• Support IAM-related audit, risk and compliance activity.
• Lead IAM projects and work with global security and technology teams.
• Coordinate and support teams delivering IAM services.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience in IAM, Information Security, IT Risk or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, RBAC, SoD, PAM and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise IAM technologies such as Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping or similar.
• Experience working across multiple countries, business units or complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within financial services or another regulated environment would be highly beneficial.
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience is advantageous.
