Job summary

Glanua in Galway seeks a Senior Process Hydraulic Design Engineer to lead technical delivery with autonomy under the Regional Process & Hydraulic Design Lead. The role includes coordinating work packages, mentoring engineers, and driving advanced design workflows across MEICA disciplines.

You will develop detailed hydraulic calculations, review process designs, and contribute to safe, sustainable site layouts while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Level 8 degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in MEICA, process design, and hydraulic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver defined work packages across MEICA disciplines.
• Mentor, coach, and develop engineers and designers at all levels.
• Develop high‑impact design initiatives to improve project outcomes and capability.
• Establish and refine efficient, high‑quality design workflows across projects.
• Oversee technical interfaces and ensure integrated, clash‑free designs.
