Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Ireland Limited is seeking a Hydraulic Modeller or Senior Hydraulic Modeller to join our Wastewater Team across Dublin, Cork, Galway and Dundalk. You will apply expertise in InfoWorks ICM to deliver quality hydraulic models and catchment solutions for diverse clients.

You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, supporting project delivery, tender responses and continuous improvement while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Ireland and UK Water Industry and regulatory issues.
• Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects.
• Experience in hydraulic modelling and catchment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plan and flood alleviation projects.
• Develop wastewater catchment strategies and solutions.
• Ensure quality of outputs and compliance with standards & specifications.
• Support project managers and bid/tender activities.

Due to continued framework successes, we seek to recruit a Hydraulic Modeller or Senior Hydraulic Modeller to join our Wastewater Team in Dublin/Cork/Galway/Dundalk.

Your role Understanding of Ireland and UK Water Industry and regulatory issues. Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects. Expertise using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange. Experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning and solution development. Ability to undertake work independently/check the work of others to provide quality assurance, and drive continuous improvement in work delivered to the client.

About you Supporting with leading Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plan, flood alleviation and environmental solution development projects. Supporting the development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions. Responsible for the quality of outputs and compliance with standards & specifications. Ability to manage and/or support project managers, to manage projects and programmes of works. Support in the development of tender responses and fee estimates. Supervising and developing staff and providing guidance to support their professional development. Contributing towards technical innovation.
