Job summary

Glanua in Munster seeks a Construction HSQE Advisor to lead health, safety, quality and environmental controls on our sites. You will work with the project team to implement ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards and ensure legal compliance.

The role focuses on site inspections, incident investigations, and development of site construction plans, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement across projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Essential: 1 year minimum experience in HSQE or related field.
• Minimum Qualification: Level 7 (incl Diploma & Ordinary Bachelor Degree).
• Competency: Collaboration, Flexibility, Initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safe delivery of projects as part of a 'one team' culture.
• Ensure HSQE standards and ISO compliance on-site.
• Develop Site Construction Stage plans with the project team.
• Conduct site inspections and safety inductions.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors on HSQE matters.
• Maintain site safety documentation and incident investigations.
