Job summary

Distilled in Ireland is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with Belfast-based teams and Dublin managers, while owning COE work that shapes the employee experience across Distilled.

You will drive end-to-end HR initiatives, coach leaders, harness AI to enhance HR processes, and foster a progressive, engaging workplace culture with broad responsibility across HR systems, engagement, and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience with ownership for key strategic projects.
• Degree in HR management or related discipline with train-the-trainer and executive coaching qualification is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, AI, HRIS systems (BambooHR or similar), project management and data analysis.
• Experience designing and rolling out progressive HR projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels in a diverse environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic problem solver aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with business leaders to understand needs and challenges.
• Act as trusted advisor providing HR and employee relations support to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coach managers to high performance and strong people leadership.
• Use people data and HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support hiring processes to bring in talent that fits culture.
• Drive COE work across HR Systems, ERGs and Dublin Office Management.
